Registration and Fees 

A reduced registration fee is offered to the members of the International Association of Structures and Architecture.

It is expected that for every accepted paper at least one author is attending ICSA2019.

Each registered Author will be entitled to present a maximum of three papers at the Conference.

The registration fee will be collected in euros only.

(*) Fee includes technical documentation, reception, lunches, coffee-breaks and conference gala dinner.

(**) Institutional certification required. Student fee does not include lunches nor participation in the conference gala dinner.

Refund Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing (letter, fax or e-mail), addressed to Viagens Abreu S.A. All refunds will be made after the conference.

Registration fees: Registration refund requests received before the 15th of June will be charged a $200 processing fee. No refunds will be granted for participants with papers included in the proceedings. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after the16th of June.

Hotel reservation: Cancellations received before the 15th of June will be entitled to a full refund less bank expenses. After that date refunds will depend on each hotel decision, case by case.

Inscriptions in Tours: The prices of the tour program are available for a minimum of 40 participants. Cancellations received before 15th of June will be entitled to a full refund less bank expenses. Cancellations from 16th of June will be entitled to a 50% refund.
